About Us:
Office Policies

Fees are to be paid at time of service and are not covered by provincial health plans, although some extended health plans may refund a portion. Fees can vary according to the severity of the problem due to the time and expertise required. Fees include remedies used except for vitamin injections, special homeopathics and Sanum remedies. Reports, letters, forms etc. required for insurance purposes will be provided for a fee.

Please note: our agreement and responsibility is between us and our patients, insurance companies not withstanding.

Appointments:

We are interested in meeting your appointment scheduling needs, however, please be aware that certain times of the day are reserved for certain types of procedures. Failure to accept the available appointments may prolong treatment needs and have a possible diminishment of results.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please call at least two business days in advance so another patient can make use of this time. Payment in full will be incurred for appointments missed without the required notice.

A Reminder:

Much care has been placed on creating a quiet and nontoxic environment. Please refrain from wearing scented skin and hair products that are not biologically sensitive - (underarm deodorant included). These products have been shown to be of a volatile nature and many people, including those that work at the center, are sensitive to their adverse effects.

As well, we ask that you turn off all cell phones while you are at the center.
