The Stillpoint Center for the Healing Arts has a health consultant on site Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00 o'clock AM to 4:00 o'clock PM. Please feel free to drop in at 4419 West 10th Ave., Vancouver, BC V6R 2H8, or call to schedule an appointment: 604-224-6857.

Holistic Health Consultant and Trainer in The Osteopathic Field of Awareness

Nao Sims
Nao works with Dr. Blaney and Michelle Benjamin. Together, they provide a comprehensive program of therapy and support for people in the process of recovering from chronic conditions of pain and disease.

Combining her studies in osteopathic body analysis with learning gleaned from her own healing process Nao offers particular care, insight and empathy in her work with people. Each individual is guided in the skills needed to safely and effectively accomplish their goals while developing confidence and discernment in "body-self" awareness.

Pain relief and prevention as well as a deeper appreciation for the intelligence encoded in bodily symptoms - these are forefront in Nao's teaching style. She understands the complex interconnection between the body, the mind and the spirit. Her ability to create a comprehensive learning atmosphere is remarkable.

Beside her training in osteopathic work, Nao has twenty years of dance experience. She is a holistic health consultant and a Doula, (labor support) - helping pregnant and birthing women. She teaches the Stillpoint Center's Lotus Class - transformation through sound, movement and reflection.
